Welcome....
Terrigal Physical Culture Club is located on the Central Coast of New South Wales and belongs to the BjP School of Physical Culture.  Terrigal Club (formerly Gosford Woodpo
rt Physical Culture Club) has been running for over 30 years.    Our club started in 1977 as Point Clare Club where it stayed until moving in 1985 to  Gosford R.S.L Club.  The club then became Gosford Woodport Club and moved to Woodport Public School in 1994.  In 2012 we became Terrigal  Woodport  Club and  held classes at  2 locations on the Coast - Erina and Terrigal.    We are now recognised as Terrigal Physie Club with classes held four days a week  at Terrigal.   We have classes that cater to all abilities and ages from toddlers to ladies.

Physical Culture (or Physie as it is now more commonly known) is a fusion of dance and sport for girls and women from the age of 3 years up.  Physie aims to build confidence, good posture, strength, fitness and flexibility.  Physie is a combination of various dance types all choreographed by BjP Physical Culture to the latest, age appropriate music.

Individual and team competitions are held throughout the year.  These are not compulsory but we do encourage members to participate.

We pride ourselves on being a friendly club and look forward to welcoming all new members into our family.

Testimonials
" Too much to love about "our physie". The fact that my daughter and I have a common sport that we love and can support each other at. The friendships she has developed, the friendships I have developed. The fun and laughs at every lesson. The exercise that I actually ENJOY. Lots of things to love."                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Sue.
"There is so much to love about Terrigal Physie and I can't even explain how much I love it. I love our amazing teacher. i love how kind and supportive they are. Every single lesson they help us all to get better at physie and learn something new. I love competing. Even though it can be very nerve racking sometimes. I still love getting out on the floor and performing knowing that I did my best. But most of all, I love my friends. Physie friends always have and always will be the best friends. I am so so so grateful to have them in my life and I have no idea what I would do without them. This is why physie is such a huge part of my life and I would recommend it to every girl on the planet. " Grace. 12

" We are so lucky to have found ourselves at Terrigal Physie. I knew physie was a great age appropriate, low cost dance option with individual and team events. But since starting at Terrigal Physie we have seen our daughter's confidence soar. The teachers and members are all supportive and inclusive and we feel it's the perfect environment to foster our daughter's love of dance." Nicole.
