Welcome....
Terrigal Physical Culture Club is located on the Central Coast of New South Wales and belongs to the BjP School of Physical Culture. Terrigal Club (formerly Gosford Woodport Physical Culture Club) has been running for over 30 years. Our club started in 1977 as Point Clare Club where it stayed until moving in 1985 to Gosford R.S.L Club. The club then became Gosford Woodport Club and moved to Woodport Public School in 1994. In 2012 we became Terrigal Woodport Club and held classes at 2 locations on the Coast - Erina and Terrigal. We are now recognised as Terrigal Physie Club with classes held three days a week at Terrigal. We have classes that cater to all ages from toddlers to ladies.
Physical Culture (or Physie as it is now more commonly known) is a fusion of dance and sport for girls and women from the age of 3 years up. Physie aims to build confidence, good posture, strength, fitness and flexibility. Physie is a combination of various dance types all choreographed by BjP Physical Culture to the latest, age appropriate music.
Individual and team competitions are held throughout the year. These are not compulsory but we do encourage members to participate.
We pride ourselves on being a friendly club and look forward to welcoming all new members into our family.

Testimonials
" too much to love about "our physie". The fact that my daughter and I have a common sport that we love and can support each other at. The friendships she has developed, the friendships I have developed. The fun and laughs at every lesson. The exercise that I actually ENJOY. Lots of things to love xx" Sue
" I love the fact that it is such a friendly, supportive group of lovely children and families and that everyone feels equally encouraged, supported and welcome regardless of whether they have never marched a step in their life, or whether they're a high level competitor. I have never been involved in a group, club or activity as an adult or a mother where there has been no rivalry, or welcomed into an established group with such warmness and genuine acceptance for all individuals."
Shannon
" I had been away from Physie for 10 years and was hesitant at coming back. All the ladies at Terrigal were welcoming and encouraging and going to Physie is the highlight of my week."
Emily
"Physie at Terrigal/Woodport is a wonderful opportunity for ladies & children to enjoy some low impact exercising, stretching and fun times with a supportive & welcoming club."
Linda
"Everyone, committee and other parents, is very friendly, helpful and supportive. We felt welcome from the first day. The girls are encouraged to do their best but there is no pressure if they are not perfect. Any level of ability is ok. The girls really enjoy the class and getting together with friends." Denise
