Our 2026 season is already underway and the energy in the club is incredible, but the good news is, it’s not too late to jump in and be part of it.
Whether your child is brand new to physie, looking to try something different, or keen to build confidence, strength and friendships in a supportive environment, we’d love to welcome you to Terrigal Physie Club.
Physie is more than just a class. It’s about belonging, building confidence, learning new skills and being part of a community that celebrates every member, from our tiniest beginners through to our senior ladies.
The best way to experience it is to give it a go. We offer a free trial week so you can come along, meet the team, join a class and see what physie is all about before committing.

Tuesday Night Classes - New Venue
Due to the continued growth of Terrigal Physie Club, we’re excited to share that our Tuesday night classes will now be held at Erina Community Trust Hall, Karalta Road, Erina.
The new space allows us to provide more room to move, improved class flow and a great environment for our girls and ladies to train, perform and build confidence.
